Mounting Frame – Structural base supporting the transformer components.

• Location: At the bottom of the transformer assembly.
• Layout: Heavy-duty steel framework designed for floor or skid mounting.
• Function: Provides mechanical stability and ensures secure placement during operation and transport.

Core and Coil – The central assembly where magnetic induction and electrical transformation occur.

• Location: Housed within the transformer enclosure.
• Layout: Stacked laminated steel core with wound copper or aluminum coils insulated by high-temperature materials.
• Function: Transfers electrical energy between circuits through electromagnetic induction while minimizing losses.

High Voltage and Low Voltage Connections – Primary and secondary connection points for electrical input and output.

• Location: On the top of the transformer, typically using six L-shaped brackets.
• Layout: Clearly marked terminals for HV and LV, insulated and secured with bolted connectors.
• Function: Facilitates the electrical interface between supply and load circuits.

Neutral Bar on Wye Connections – Common connection point for grounding or neutral return.

• Location: Mounted adjacent to the low voltage terminals on the transformer top or side.
• Layout: Solid conductive bar linked to the neutral points of the LV windings.
• Function: Provides a return path for current and enables system grounding for safety and stability.
